Kaushali Kusumapala

Kaushali Kusumapala is a distinguished corporate leader and conscious leadership coach, formerly the Country Director of Coca-Cola Sri Lanka and Maldives. A graduate of the University of Melbourne, she made history as the first Sri Lankan female to be appointed Managing Director of Coca-Cola Sri Lanka. Known for steering brands through complex crises to achieve record growth, Kaushali now focuses on cultivating the next generation of transformational leaders.
