Deshika Welikala

Deshika Welikala is an accomplished leader with over two decades of corporate experience, including 25 years of service excellence at Sri Lanka's leading telecommunications group in digital transformation and process reengineering, journey design and contact centre management. She is now a Premier Wealth Planning Advisor at AIA Group and an MDRT achiever, combining this with a role as a business consultant in a leading education institution. Deshika holds an MBA (UK) and is a certified lean six sigma black belt.
